- Product name
- anti-Janus Kinase 2 (JAK2) (pTyr1007) antibody
- Antibody type
- Polyclonal
- Antigen
- Peptide sequence around phosphorylation site of pTyr1007 (K-E-Y (p) -Y-K) derived from Human JAK2. Antibodies were produced by immunizing rabbits with synthetic phosphopeptide and KLH conjugates.
- Description
- The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.
- Reactivity
- Human, Mouse, Rat
- Host
- Rabbit
- Epitope
- pTyr1007
- Isotype
- IgG
- Vial size
- 50 μL
- Concentration
- 1 mg/mL
- Storage
- Store at -20°C for long term preservation (recommended). Store at 4°C for short term use.
