- Immunocytochemistry analysis of Phospho-c-Abl (Tyr185) in MCF-7 cells. Samples were incubated in Phospho-c-Abl (Tyr185) polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-12910) followed by Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit lgG (green). DAPI was used to stain the cell nuclear (blue).

- Dot blot analysis of Phospho-c-Abl (Tyr185). Samples were incubated with Phospho-c-Abl (Tyr185) polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-12910) using a dilution of 0.5 µg/mL. 50 ng of Phospho-peptide or Non Phospho-peptide per dot were adsorbed on nitrocellulose membrane.
