- Western blot analysis of Phospho-BCR (Tyr276) in recombinant fusion protein containing 1) a phosphorylated tyrosine at position 276 and 2) an unphosphorylated tyrosine at position 276. Samples were incubated in Phospho-BCR (Tyr276) polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-23329) using a dilution of 0.01 µg/mL followed by a goat anti-rabbit Ig HRP secondary antibody. PicoTect ECL substrate solution was used for this test.
