- Western blot analysis of FKBP8 in HepG2 cell line lysate. Samples were incubated with FKBP8 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-25881) using a dilution of 1:1000 (4°C, overnight) followed by horseradish peroxidase–conjugated secondary antibody. Resolved proteins were electrophoretically transferred to PVDF membrane and incubated sequentially with primary antibody. After washing, the bound antibody complex was detected using an ECL chemiluminescence reagent and XAR film (Kodak).
