Representative DataClone B-ly8 (CD22) was analyzed by flow cytometry using a blood sample from a healthyvolunteer. Indirect staining was performed by adding 10 µl unlabelled monoclonal antibody to 100 µl blood sample, followed by FITC-labelled secondary antibody.
