Western blot using Affinity Purifiedanti-Chk2 pT68 antibody shows detection of apredominant band at ~60 kDa corresponding tophosphorylated Chk2 (arrowhead) in MCF-7 wholecell lysates after treatment with doxorubicin. Chk2phosphorylation was induced using increasingconcentrations of the DNA damaging agentdoxorubicin as indicated for 24 h prior to lysateproduction.
