- Western blot (10% SDS-PAGE) of 3T3 (lane 1), PC12 (lane 2), MDBK (lane 3) and normal human fibroblasts (lane 4) probed with clone NSF-1 anti-NSF at 0.5 ?g/ml. The diffuse bands at ~70 kDa were also present on a blot incubated with second antibody alone (data not shown).
