- MA1-90346 detects alpha Synuclein from human samples. Does not cross react with mouse and rat samples. MA1-90346 has been successfully used in ELISA, immunohistochemistry (frozen tissue), immunohistochemistry (paraffin tissue), Dot blot and Western blot applications. Predicted molecular weight of 16 kDa. The MA1-90346 immunogen is recombinant human alpha synuclein produced in E. coli. Store at 4ºC short term. For long term storage, store at -20ºC, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
