- Detection of Human TRIM32 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of A172 human glioblastoma cell line, DU145 human prostate carcinoma cell line, and PC-3 human prostate cancer cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.25 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human TRIM32 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB6515) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). A specific band was detected for TRIM32 at approximately 72 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
