- Immunoprecipitation: DNA Ligase III Antibody [NB100-81661] - Detection of human DNA Ligase III by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-DNA Ligase III antibody NB100-81661 used for IP at 6 ug per reaction. DNA Ligase III was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-DNA Ligase III antibody from Company B. For blotting immunoprecipitated DNA Ligase III, NB100-81661 was used at 1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
