- Western Blot: 14-3-3 beta/alpha Antibody (J2E9) [NBP1-04358] - Cell lysates of HeLa(30ug) were resolved by SDS-PAGE, transferred to NC membrane and probed with anti-human 14-3-3 beta (1:1000). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system.
