- The extract of mouse lung tissue (40 ug) was resolved by SDS-PAGE and probed with VAMP3 monoclonal antibody, clone K2A2 (Cat # MAB2061) (1:1000). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system.
