- Detection of CD79A in Human Blood Monocytes by Flow Cytometry. Human peripheral blood monocytes treated with Recombinant Human IL-2 (Catalog # 202-IL) were stained with Mouse Anti-Human CD79A Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB69201) Phycoerythrin-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0102B) and Mouse Anti-Human CD19 APC-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB4867A). Quadrant markers were set based on control antibody staining (Catalog # MAB002).
