Experimental details

Human leiomyoma stained with anti-CD79a antibody (GTX25694). Formalin-fixed tissues was boiled in 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 for 10 minutes, followed by cooling at RT for 20 minutes, then probed at a dilution of 1:100 for 10 minutes at RT.
