- Detection of Human Syntaxin 12 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of CCD-1070Sk human foreskin fibroblast cell line, LNCaP human prostate cancer cell line, and MDA-MB-453 human breast cancer cell line. PVDF Membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human Syntaxin 12 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB6617) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). A specific band was detected for Syntaxin 12 at approximately 30 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
