Experimental details

Detection of Human/Mouse HSP10/EPF by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of Jurkat human acute T cell leukemia cell line, A431 human epithelial carcinoma cell line, and Neuro-2A mouse neuroblastoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL Human/Mouse HSP10/EPF Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF3298) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF017). A specific band for HSP10/EPF was detected at approximately ??? kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted using Immunoblot Buffer Group 4.
