Experimental details

Staining of non-transfected (upper) and human VTCN1-transfected (bottom) HEK 293T cells with 0.125 ug of mouse IgG1 kappa isotype control purified (open histogram) or 0.125 ug of VTCN1 monoclonal antibody, clone H74 (Cat # MAB11004) (filled histogram) followed by Anti-mouse IgG biotin and streptavidin PE. Total cells were used for analysis.
