- Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence - Cytokeratin 8 (phospho S73) antibody [E431-2]; Ab32579 staining cells from a human pancreatic cell line by ICC/IF. The cells were PFA fixed and permeabilized in 0.1% Triton X-100 prior to blocking in 1% BSA for 30 minutes at 22°C. Ab32579 was diluted 1/25 and incubated with the sample for 1 hour at 22°C. An Alexa Fluor#174; 488 conjugated donkey anti-rabbit antibody was used as the secondary.

- IHC of Mouse lung adenoma, staining Cytokeratin 8 (phospho S73) with TA300410.Tissue was fixed with paraformaldehyde and blocked with 5% serum for 1 hour at 20°C; antigen retrieval was by heat mediation in citrate buffer. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/1000 in PBS) for 8 hours at 4°C. A biotin-conjugated goat anti-rabbit polyclonal IgG (1/1000) was used as the secondary antibody.
