- Detection of Mouse and Rat IKK gamma by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of C2C12 mouse myoblast cell line, NIH-3T3 mouse embryonic fibroblast cell line, PT18 mouse mast/basophil cell line, and PC-12 rat adrenal pheochromocytoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Human/Mouse/Rat IKK gamma Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF4365) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF016). Specific bands were detected for IKK gamma at approximately 50 and 55 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
