- Detection of Integrin alpha 2b/CD41 in Human Blood Platelets by Flow Cytometry. Human peripheral blood platelets were stained with FITC-conjugated Anti-Human Integrin alpha 2b/CD41 Antibody (Clone P2) and either (A) Mouse Anti-Human Integrin alpha 2b/CD41 APC-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB7616A) or (B) Mouse IgG1 Allophycocyanin Isotype Control (Catalog # IC002A). FAB7616A stains the same population as Clone P2. View our protocol for Staining Membrane-associated Proteins.
