- HepG2 cell extracts were resloved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose, and probed with purified anti-STAT3 pY705 (clone 13A3-1) antibody. Proteins were visualized using an anti-mouse IgG secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and chemiluminescence detection. Lane 1, lysates from untreated HepG2 cells; Lane 2, lysates from HepG2 cells treated with recombinant hIL-6 for 15 minutes.
