Experimental details

Total cell lysate (15 µg protein) from non-treated and 100 ng/mL recombinant human IL4 (carrier-free) treated Daudi cells (ten minute treatment) were resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose, and probed with purified anti-STAT6 Phospho (Tyr641) (clone A15137E) antibody. Proteins were visualized using an HRP goat anti-mouse-IgG secondary antibody and chemiluminescence detection.
