Immunohistochemistry-Frozen: EGF R/ErbB1 Antibody (F4) [NB100-2731] - IHC-Frozen analysis of a cryosection of human squamous cell carcinoma (vulva) using EGF R/ErbB1 antibody (clone F4). The signal was detected using alkaline phosphatase - anti-alkaline phosphatase (APAAP) method with red dye (Fast Red TR). The nuclei were counterstained using hematoxylin. This antibody generated specific staining of EGFR in the membranes of the cancer cells.
