- Immunoblot Analysis (Representative lot data):Lysates from CEF transfected cells plated on fibronectin were resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose, and probed with anti-phospho-FAK (Tyr407) for 2 hours at room temperature. Lane 2 was pre-incubated with the blocking peptideimmunogen corresponding to phospho-FAK (Tyr407). Proteins were visualized via HRP and chemiluminescent detection. Arrowindicates phospho-FAK (Tyr407).
