- Flow Cytometry: CD44 Antibody (OX-50) [Alexa Fluor (R) 488] [NB600-1317AF488] - Rat Splenocytes were stained with CD44 (OX-50) antibody NB600-1317(blue) and a matched isotype control NBP2-27287 (orange). Cells were incubated in an antibody dilution of 1 ug/mL for 20 minutes at room temperature. Both antibodies were conjugated to Alexa Fluor 488.
