- Detection of Human SMAC/Diablo by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of SH-SY5Y human neuroblastoma cell line, CHP-100 human neuroblastoma cell line, and Jurkat human acute T cell leukemia cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.5 µg/mL Rabbit Anti-Human SMAC/Diablo Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF789) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF008). For additional reference, Recombinant Human SMAC/Diablo (Catalog # 789-SM) (0.5 ng/lane) was included. A specific band for SMAC/Diablo was detected at approximately 22 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 6.

Simple Western lane view shows lysates of SH-SY5Y human neuroblastoma cell line and Jurkat human acute T cell leukemia cell line, loaded at 0.2 mg/mL. A specific band was detected for SMAC/Diablo at approximately 29 kDa (as indicated) using 5 µg/mL of Rabbit Anti-Human SMAC/Diablo Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF789). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using the 12-230 kDa separation system.
