- Detection of Human/Mouse/Rat PPP2R4 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of K562 human chronic myelogenous leukemia cell line, Raji human Burkitt's lymphoma cell line, CH-1 mouse B cell lymphoma cell line, BaF3 mouse pro-B cell line, and NRK rat normal kidney cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.5 µg/mL of Human/Mouse/Rat PPP2R4 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB5929) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). A specific band was detected for PPP2R4 at approximately 39 to 41 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
