- Western blot analysis of CD2 expression in mouse cardiac muscle extract (lane 1) and HEPA whole cell lysates (lane 2). CD2 at 58KD was detected using rabbit anti- CD2 Antigen Affinity purified polyclonal antibody (Catalog # PB9929) at 0.5 μg/mL. The blot was developed using chemiluminescence (ECL) method (Catalog # EK1002).
