- Detection of Human and Rat beta-1,3-N-acetylglucosaminyl-transferase 2/B3GNT2 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of human brain tissue and rat testis tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Goat Anti-Human beta-1,3-N-acetylglucosaminyltransferase 2/B3GNT2 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF3960) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF019). A specific band was detected for beta-1,3-N-acetylglucosaminyltransferase 2/B3GNT2 at approximately 80 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 8.
