Immunogen affinity purified. Detects mouse IGFBP-2 in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs, approximately 35% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) IGFBP-2 is observed and less than 1% cross-reactivity with rhIGFBP-1, rhIGFBP-3, rhIGFBP-4, rhIGFBP-5, recombinant mouse (rm) IGFBP-3, rmIGFBP-5, and rmIGFBP-6 is observed.
