- Detection of Human, Mouse, and Rat UBE2N/Ubc13 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line, HL-60 human acute promyelocytic leukemia cell line, Hepa 1-6 mouse hepatoma cell line, NIH-3T3 mouse embryonic fibroblast cell line, C6 rat glioma cell line, and Nb2-11 rat lymphoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Sheep Anti-Human/Mouse/Rat UBE2N/Ubc13 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF8197) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF016). A specific band was detected for UBE2N/Ubc13 at approximately 16 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
