Experimental details

Detection of Human, Mouse, and Rat Annexin A6 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of Jurkat human acute T cell leukemia cell line, NIH-3T3 mouse embryonic fibroblast cell line, and NRK rat normal kidney cell line. PVDF Membrane was probed with 0.1 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human Annexin A6 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB5186) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). A specific band was detected for Annexin A6 at approximately 70 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 2.

Experimental details

Annexin A6 in Human Placenta. Annexin A6 was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human placenta using Mouse Anti-Human Annexin A6 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB5186) at 15 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C. Before incubation with the primary antibody, tissue was subjected to heat-induced epitope retrieval using Antigen Retrieval Reagent-Basic (Catalog # CTS013). Tissue was stained using the Anti-Mouse HRP-DAB Cell & Tissue Staining Kit (brown; Catalog # CTS002) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue).
