- Western Blot: ER beta/NR3A2 Antibody ([57/3]) - Azide and BSA Free [NBP2-61943] - Clone 57/3 used to detect expression of ER beta/NR3A2 in colorectal tissue by Western Blot. (A) ER beta1, ER beta/NR3A2 and ER beta 5 mRNA expression (assessed by RT-PCR) and (B) ER beta 1 and ER beta/NR3A2 protein expression (assessed by western blotting) by 10 colorectal carcinoma cell lines.

- Western Blot: ER beta/NR3A2 Antibody ([57/3]) - Azide and BSA Free [NBP2-61943] - Clone 57/3 used to detect expression of ER beta/NR3A2 in Leydig cell tumors by Western Blot. Immunoblots of aromatase and estrogen receptors from protein extracts of Leydig cell tumors and control tissues. Aromatase: rat ovary (C+), negative control (C-), Leydig cell tumors (lanes 1 and 2). ER alpha: rat ovary (C+), negative control (C-), Leydig cell tumors (lanes 1 and 2). ER beta 1: control human testis (C+), negative control (C-), Leydig cell tumors (lanes 1 and 2). ER beta/NR3A2: control human testis (C+), negative control (C-), Leydig cell tumors (lanes 1 and 2). beta-Actin serves as a loading control.

- Immunohistochemistry: ER beta/NR3A2 Antibody ([57/3]) - Azide and BSA Free [NBP2-61943] - Clone 57/3 used to detect expression of ER beta/NR3A2 in cancer tissue by IHC-P. Tissues were classified as well (A-D), moderately (E-H) or poorly (J-M) differentiated; immunoexpression of ER beta 1, ER beta/NR3A2, ER beta 5 was readily detected (K. L, M). Inserts in panels K, L, and M show negative controls using primary antibodies pre-absorbed with specific peptides used for immunization. Asterisks (*) label the stromal compartment that was well defined in the well differentiated cancers.

- Immunohistochemistry: ER beta/NR3A2 Antibody ([57/3]) - Azide and BSA Free [NBP2-61943] - Clone 57/3 used to detect ER beta/NR3A2 expression in normal human liver by IHC-P. Staining pattern of the ER beta isoforms in human liver. In order to confirm the specificity of the ER beta antibodies used in the study, sections of healthy human liver were immunostained, showing that ER beta 1 and ER beta/NR3A2 isoforms are not expressed, while specific nuclear ER beta 5 immunoreactivity is detected (magnification 20x and 40x). This pattern of ER beta isoforms' immunoreactivity is consistent with previous descriptions.
