In direct ELISAs, approximately 50% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) Integrin alpha 5 is observed, 15% cross-reactivity with rhIntegrin alpha 2 and rhIntegrin alpha M is observed, and 5% cross-reactivity with rhIntegrin alpha E is observed.
