- Western Blot analysis of ERp57 was performed by loading 35 µg (in RIPA buffer) of HepG2 lysates. Proteins were transferred to a membrane and probed with a ERp57 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA1-31316) at a dilution of 1 µg/mL.
