- Western blot analysis of PTGER1 was performed by loading Lane1: Human lymphoma tissue lysate (40µg), Lane2: 293T cell lysate (40µg) on to a 10% SDS-PAGE gel. Proteins were transferred to a membrane and the membrane was probed with a PTGER1 antibody (Product # PA5-49717) at a 1/450 dilution for 1 minute, followed by Goat anti Rabbit IgG - H&L (HRP) at 1/10000 dilution.
