Western Blot: actin-related protein 2/3 complex subunit 1B Antibody [NBP1-46219] - Whole cell lysate from HeLa (5, 15 and 50 mcg for WB; 1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded), 293T (T; 50 mcg), and mouse NIH3T3 (M; 50 mcg) cells. Affinity purified rabbit anti-Arpc1b antibody used for WB at 0.04 mcg/ml (A) and 1 mcg/ml (B) and used for IP at 3 mcg/mg lysate. actin-related protein 2/3 complex subunit 1B was also immunoprecipitated by NBP1-46220, which recognizes a downstream epitope.

Samples: Whole cell lysate (50 ug) from HeLa, 293T, Jurkat, mouse TCMK-1, and mouse NIH3T3 cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-Arpc1b antibody NBP1-46219 used for WB at 0.1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.

Immunoprecipitation: actin-related protein 2/3 complex subunit 1B Antibody [NBP1-46219] - Detection of human Arpc1b by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-Arpc1b antibody NBP1-46219 (lot NBP1-46219-3) used for IP at 3 ug per reaction. Arpc1b was also immunoprecipitated by a previous lot of this antibody (lot NBP1-46219-2) and rabbit anti-Arpc1b antibody NBP1-46220. For blotting immunoprecipitated Arpc1b, A302-780A was used at 1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
