- Immunoprecipitation: Kinesin 5A Antibody [NBP2-32231] - Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from 293T cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-Kinesin 5A antibody NBP2-32231 used for IP at 6 ug per reaction. Kinesin 5A was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-Kinesin 5A antibody BL16263. For blotting immunoprecipitated Kinesin 5A, NBP2-32231 was used at 1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
