Immunoprecipitation of recombinant hProgranulin proteins using anti-Progranulin (human), mAb (PG359-7) . Recombinant hProgranulin Proteins were precipitated by PG359-7. The precipitated proteins were separated by SDS-PAGE, electroblotted, and visualized by Western blot/ECL reaction with rabbit anti-human Progranulin pAb.
