- PA1-29769 detects P2X3 from rat, non-human primate, human samples. PA1-29769 has been successfully used in immunocytochemistry, immunohistochemistry, Western blot applications. The PA1-29769 immunogen is: VEKQSTDSGAYSIG Corresponding to residues 383-397 of the carboxy-terminus of rat P2X3 Store product as a concentrated solution. Centrifuge briefly prior to opening the vial. For short-term storage (1-2 weeks), product can be stored at 4°C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store product at -20° C or below, avioiding multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
