- Immunohistochemical analysis of BMP-7 in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human prostate. Samples were incubated in BMP-7 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-23878) using a dilution of 25 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C. Tissue was stained using the Anti-Mouse HRP-DAB Cell & Tissue Staining Kit (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Lower panel shows a lack of labeling if primary antibodies are omitted and tissue is stained only with secondary antibody followed by incubation with detection reagents.

- Neutralization of BMP-7 in ATDC5 mouse chondrogenic cell line. Samples were incubated in BMP-7 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-23878). Recombinant Human BMP-7 induces alkaline phosphatase production in the the ATDC5 mouse chondrogenic cell line in a dose-dependent manner (orange line). Alkaline phosphatase production elicited by Recombinant Human BMP-7 (1 µg/mL) is neutralized (green line) by increasing concentrations of Human BMP-7 Monoclonal Antibody. The ND50 is typically 4-12 µg/mL in the presence of L-ascorbic acid (50 µg/mL).
