- Immunoblot Analysis: 20μg HeLa cell lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocelluloseand probed with anti-p38γ/SAPK3 Antibody (1μg/ml). Proteins were visualized using a Goat anti-Rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Arrow indicates p38γ/SAPK3 (43kDa).
