- Immunohistochemical analysis of HP1 gamma in paraffin embedded human placenta using a HP1 gamma polyclonal antibody (Product #PA1-9053) at a concentration of 2.5 µg/mL. Steamed antigen retrieval was performed with pH 6 buffered citrate. Samples were then stained with alkaline phosphatase.
