U937 human histiocytic lymphoma cell line was stained with Mouse Anti-Human FCRN Alexa Fluor® 647-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # IC8639R, filled histogram) or isotype control antibody (Catalog # IC0041R, open histogram). To facilitate intracellular staining, cells were fixed and permeabilized with FlowX FoxP3 Fixation & Permeabilization Buffer Kit (Catalog # FC012).
