- Western blot analysis of beta-2 Adrenergic Receptor in E coli-derived fusion protein. Samples were probed with a beta-2 Adrenergic Receptor polyclonal antibody (Product # PA1-25659) at a dilution of 1:2000 and a Goat anti-IgY-HRP secondary antibody at a dilution of 1:1000. Colorimetric method was used for signal development.
