Western blot analysis of SIRT1 using SIRT1 antibody: HeLa lysate probed with 1) prebleed, 2) SIRT1 antibody and 3) mouse NIH 3T3 lysate probed with SIRT1 antibody at 2 µg/ml. Goat anti-rabbit Ig HRP secondary antibody and PicoTect ECL substrate solution were used for this test.
