Western blot analysis of C/EBP gamma in Lane A: Raw264.7 Whole Cell Lysate (30 µg). Samples were probed using a C/EBP gamma Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-80468) at a 1:500 dilution, followed by a Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L), Dylight 800 Secondary Antibody at a 1:10000 dilution. Western blot was performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size:16 kDa. Observed band size:16 kDa.
