- Detection of Human and Mouse PUM1 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of SH-SY5Y human neuroblastoma cell line, BG01V human embryonic stem cells, and Neuro-2A mouse neuroblastoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human/Mouse PUM1 Mono-clonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB7628) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). A specific band was detected for PUM1 at approximately 130 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
