- Detection of Human Phospho-Progesterone RB (S294) and Phospho-Progesterone RA (S130) by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of T47D human breast cancer cell line untreated (-) or treated (+) with 100 nM synthetic progestin promegestone (R5020) for 60 minutes. PVDF Membrane was probed with 0.5 µg/mL of Rabbit Anti-Human Phospho-Progesterone R/NR3C3 (S294) Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF5955) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF008). Specific bands were detected for Phospho-Progesterone RB (S294) at approximately 118 kDa and Phospho-Progesterone RA (S130) at approximately 90 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
