- Western blot analysis ofphosphorylated TLR3 using a Phospho-TLR3/CD283 pTyr759 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-23120). A. Recombinant fusion proteins containing phosphorylated (lane 1) or unphosphorylated (lane 2) tyrosines at position759 (Ab used at 0.1 µg/mL). B. Primary human retinal pigment epithelial cells treated with 21-nt-Luc-siRNA for 0 (control) or 5 min which increased pTLR3 expression.
